The surroundings of the hotel were stunning with a beautiful outdoor area to relax and enjoy. the room was clean and spacious with soft beds and a lovely balcony. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. there was a shared kitchen available to use.
The service at the hotel was not up to par with some staff members struggling to speak English, causing some communication issues.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, even though some of them couldn't speak English. the hotel location was great as it was close to key business locations and public transport.
The restaurant had limited food options and the portions were too small. There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it difficult to sleep at times.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The Black Forest Plus Card was a nice addition to the trip, providing access to various free activities. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The restaurant had a good selection of local cuisine. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and the warm hospitality of the staff.
The breakfast didn't offer a wide variety of options and we felt that it was overpriced. we found some difficulty communicating with some of the staff who didn't speak English very well.
